The principle of the activated carbon adsorber is that the waste gas enters the activated carbon adsorber after the particulate matter is removed through pretreatment, and the gaseous pollutants in the organic waste gas are captured, adsorbed and concentrated by the activated carbon, so that the waste gas can be purified. The activated carbon adsorption box has high adsorption efficiency, mature technology, simple structure, convenient maintenance, easy operation, and can be mixed with various waste gases. It is applicable to the treatment of paint (coating) waste gas, organic waste gas, malodorous waste gas, soldering waste gas and other harmful and toxic waste gases generated in the production process of factories and enterprises. Some waste gases can also be well treated when the film blowers are working.

That is to say, in a rice sized activated carbon particle, the internal surface area of the micropores may be equivalent to the size of a living room. It is precisely these highly developed pore structures like human capillaries that enable activated carbon to have excellent adsorption performance.

A Physical adsorption: It refers to the adsorption generated by the molecular gravity between the adsorbate and the adsorbent; it also includes the filtration adsorption of pore size.

B Chemisorption: It refers to the adsorption caused by the chemical action of the electronic chemical bond force between the adsorbate and the adsorbent, which changes the chemical properties.

C-sub exchange adsorption: the electrostatic attraction of adsorbate gathers on the charged point on the adsorbent surface, and the adsorbent also emits an equivalent ion.
